The Broken Hill City Art Gallery, in collaboration with Maari Ma Health Aboriginal Health Corporation and West Darling Arts, is proud to present the 2024 Maari Ma Indigenous Art Awards. This exhibition showcases an inspiring selection of artworks by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists from the Maari Ma and West Darling Arts region, reflecting diverse artistic practices and stories. Celebrating both emerging and established artists, the non-acquisitive awards provide a platform for creative and cultural storytelling, honouring the unique perspectives and achievements of the region’s artists.
